Kauffman FastTrac® is a flexible course with a solid framework to support you as you start a business and begin your journey to success. This course is designed to provide information, tips, exercises and tools to help you think about your business idea. Kauffman FastTrac was created by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, a private, nonpartisan foundation that works together with communities in education and entrepreneurship to create uncommon solutions that empower people to shape their futures and be successful. FastTrac Winston-Salem is a FREE, 10-week program sponsored by Rheos Human Capital. This fully-virtual course is designed to provide open and equitable access to entrepreneurial education and support for all residents of the city. By removing all location barriers and creating flexibility to work on your own time frame, we are creating an opportunity for everyone in the city participate in our emerging entrepreneurial economy. Our goal is to increase economic mobility and level the playing field by engaging a larger number of local residents in entrepreneurial pursuits. By enrolling in FastTrac Winston-Salem, you receive support far beyond the standard virtual FastTrac program including: 1) A virtual launch (via Zoom) that will be attended by all entrepreneur participants from around the city 2) Semi-weekly interactive webinars (via Zoom) with a local facilitator 3) Access to a private Facebook Page where you can connect with other local entrepreneurs, get additional helpful tips, and connect with other entrepreneurial resources available throughout the city We got this, Winston-Salem!
